We are pleased to inform you that official dormitory, conveniently located near the campus is available for our exchange and visiting students.
Students may also choose to arrange their own accommodations. We will provide a list of possible accommodations that have recieved positive reviews from past international students for reference.
Dormitory Application Process
● Step 1: Select dormitory option in the online application system
● Step 2: Submit your program application along with all required documents by the deadline, May 31/November 30.
*Applicants holding passports from non-OECD countries must also send hard copies by post to the office by the deadline.
● Step 3: On December 8, the dormitory application form will be made available to students who selected "Yes" for dormitory accommodation during the initial application process. Rooms will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
● Step 4: Applicants who secured a dormitory spot (through Step 3) will receive dormitory fee payment instructions. Please make the payment promptly once the payment window opens; otherwise, your spot will be given to the next applicant in line.
● Step 4: Wait for 1-2 weeks to receive confirmation of dormitory fee payment.
● Only cancel/refund requests submitted by June 30/December 31 will be processed. After this date, cancellations and refunds will not be possible under any circumstances.
Dormitory Information and Facilities
● Stay Duration (for Spring 2026)
- February 28 - June 23, 2026 (Move-in: February 28 - March 2)
- Two-semester students can live until the end of the Fall 2026 semester.
● Fee for the Semester (for Spring 2026)
- Female students: KRW 1,866,000 (approx. 1,300 USD)
- Male students: KRW 1,610,000 (approx. 1,120 USD)

● Location
- Dormitory buildings are within 20 minute walk from the academic buildings.
● Room Assignment
- Double rooms are available
- Roomates will be assigned automatically
- Room or roomates changes are not permitted
● Facilities
- Each room includes a private bathroom
- Mattresses are provided, but students must bring their own bed linenes and pillows
- Dormitory buildings are separated by gender
- Access to each building is restricted to residents, controlled via student ID cards
- Each dormitory building has a common area equipped with microwaves and refridgerators
- Each dormitory building has laundry facilities, study areas, and a gym
- There are no kitchen facilities, as cooking is strictly prohibited

- Bringing a significant quantity of medication into the dormitory requires prior consultation with the Residence Hall Office, and in some cases, admission to the dormitory may be restricted.
